Kathleen A. Gleeson, Esq. is a graduate of Siena College (1991) and Albany Law School (1994) and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1995. In 2003, Kathleen began the process of mediation training, which is on-going, and together with her partner Valerie they formed Family Mediation Services to provide a non-adversarial and cost-effective avenue for participants to resolve their disputes in a non-judicial forum. In 2005, after working as an associate with Kerker & Associates, Kathleen and Valerie formed Kerker & Gleeson P.C. as partners.  In April, 2008, Kathleen was one of a select group of attorneys, mental health professionals and financial experts who received Collaborative Law training and now participates in Collaborative Law as part of the Collaborative Law Association of the Capital District Inc., the first such organization in the Capital District.
